KYC Verification Process

Ckbd conducts identity verification (KYC) for security and legal compliance purposes. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or birth registration certificate. Large withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Ckbd supports the familiar mobile banking methods used across Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Unusually large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only and can be claimed once per person.
• A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are generally 15 to 30 times the bonus amount.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses

• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week.
• The terms for each reload bonus are specified separately with every offer.
• Ckbd reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.

All games on ckbd use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by independent third parties. No party can interfere with game outcomes.

Bet Cancellations & Technical Issues

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, ckbd will review the bet in question and make a final determination.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue, it can be resumed from the last saved state.
• If a Sports Betting match is abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Maximum Bet Limit

Each game has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed within the game interface. Exceptionally large wins may be subject to a verification process.

Ckbd believes gaming should be a source of fun, not stress. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Players can set daily/weekly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• A cooling-off option is available, allowing you to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is also available.
• Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ckbd and will result in account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using any strategy to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to manipulate casino software or influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

Ckbd may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering under a false identity or concealing information during KYC verification.
• Evidence of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Directives of the regulatory authority.

Valid Balance Policy

If an account is closed and no fraudulent activity is proven, any legitimate balance will be refunded. Bonus balances will not be returned.

How to File a Complaint
